Trauma Debriefing is not about reliving the event by recounting and figuring out what really happened, and not about individual counselling or processing
We follow a 3-phase program to first create skills to feel safe and contain what happened and the symptoms you are experiencing, and to create a personal safety plan
The second objective is to become aware of your personal experience of the situation and to recognise how you are thinking about it
The last part is about the skills to process what has happened and develop resiliency to cope with the symptoms
An outreach program is available for businesses to sponsor an event at a reduced price, and be accredited with it (i.e. BEE & social development audits)
The cost depends on the program designed, the number of participants and facilitators required, and the venue, if not using your own facilities
The quoted price excludes other expenses, like refreshments and lunch
