Hi,
I’m a compassionate trauma & grief counsellor and spiritual guide, dedicated to helping individuals heal and grow through their toughest moments and empowering them with resilience and self-processing skills.
What I do:
- Individual counselling for those in turmoil and pain, who need to be heard and the enormity of their experience validated. Where a little compassion with some self-discovery and reflection may help one to make sense and find meaning behind it all.
- Conduct experiential and educational workshops and retreats that nurture personal growth and emotional strength, through building resilience and self-processing skills.
- Facilitate trauma debriefings and crisis interventions to help individuals regain a sense of safety and to recognise their experience instead of suppressing it, in order to heal from it more effectively.
- Lead online support groups for those in grief or having experienced vicarious trauma where we find community and connection in the midst of our pain and fears. It’s a safe space for healing and growth through sharing our experiences with each other, free of judgement and criticism. We witness each other’s pain with understanding and support.
Special initiatives:
- Two avenues I found incredibly helpful and very passionate about are “Field Trips” and a special anxiety support group/workshop for those who have moderate to high levels of anxiety. Both follow an experiential approach to the skills learned about during counselling or workshops, to develop one’s tolerance level and coping ability. Browse the website to learn more about it.
