A supportive circle to connect, share and heal with

Our groups provide a space for you to find connections and gain valuable information. Here, you can share in the experiences of others who are facing similar challenges, offering mutual support and understanding.
We offer a wide variety of focus areas under each group type. Please specify your area of interest, language, and time zone when registering on our waiting list. Facilitators typically organize groups for periods of three months and will send you an invite as space becomes available.

Support Groups
Online companionship groups, usually led by Counsellors or someone who went through the same
It is about sharing and exploring our experiences, as friends (NB: not for therapy)
Therapeutic Groups
Groups led by Specialist Mental Health Therapists and Psychologists for diagnosed conditions like Depression, Personality Disorders, and the like
Anonymous Groups
Online panel discussions, with a focus on the “perpetrator’s”-perspective, e.g. the abuser
Visitors remain anonymous, with no video or audio; only written questions
